Nature's Pellets are made from 100% western conifers. The wood comes from waste material (scrap pieces, fine shavings, and sawdust) developed through the processing of parts for wood windows, doors and mouldings. The lumber used is kiln dried making the moisture content low and very consistent.

The material used to make pellets is always transported via conveyors and sawdust evacuation systems that keep the material enclosed and not exposed to the environment. The material is stored in large silos thus preventing contact with the ground at any time.
